Summary
What does this car say about you?
Not sure it says anything, most people are completely unaware that Seat made a car called the Toledo. Most people think I have a Leon, which suggests I was too young to buy a Golf.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They like it, after some badge snobbery they soon realise its not as far removed from the Golf it's based upon.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, so far ive been really impressed, it's a great daily driver and a devastating Q car.
What are you likely to buy next?
Probably a new shape Leon Cupra R.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Didn't buy from a dealer
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£3,500
When did you buy the car?
May 2010
Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes, Toledo's aren't popular and as a result you get a lot of car for the money!
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I wanted the VAG 20VT, and after researching which cars it was available in, and narrowing down to a few I wanted, picked the best combination of age/miles/spec/price.
What was the dealer like?
Good, no complaints.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Excellent, as standard the engine was strong, torquey and didnt complain when revved hard. The gearbox allowed it so much flexibilty in all conditions. After a stage 1 revo map its retained its flexibilty and fuel economy but is substantially quicker. Suprises most who ride in it or try to outpace you on a fast road.
What's it like to park?
Pretty easy, good visibility, and it's not as big as it sometimes looks.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
An exhaust bracket required welding back on, nothing else so far.
What's most practical about your car?
Huge boot, although the entrance can be a bit tricky.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The 6 speed box, makes the car so versatile.
