Renault Master E-Tech electric van dimensions (2024-on), capacity, payload, volume, towing
There are plenty of different versions of the Renault Master E-Tech, but not many of them are panel van shaped. To start off with there are just two lengths and two heights, amounting to three different combinations.
If you want more, then there are crew vans, tippers, chassis cabs, platform cabs and more. The crew cabs are particularly appealing if you need to carry loads of people – there are four seats in the second row to go with the three in the front, meaning you can get seven of you out to a job.
The two lengths and two heights of the Renault Master E-Tech are identical inside and out to the diesel models, with both versions measuring up the same as one another.
The latest version has been designed to maximise efficiency, so it is more aerodynamic than before, despite the impression that slightly bluff front end might give. If you see Renault referring to it as the ‘Aerovan’ then that is why.

With only three different sizes to pick from there is no ultra short model to try and steal sales off the medium-van sector but there is also no huge version as there is with the likes of the Mercedes-Benz eSprinter.
The result is that the maximum possible internal cargo space is not as big as some rivals should you want a huge panel van. Of course there are other options open to you, such as a Luton van conversion, if you need a large amount of carrying capacity.

The Master E-Tech offers a decent selection of payloads across the board, with the lowest maximum for a 3.5-tonne van sitting at 1,047kg and the highest at 1,125kg.
You can get a 4.0-tonne gross vehicle weight version too, which, unsurprisingly, ups these figures by 500kg to 1,547kg and 1,625kg.
The towing weights are 1,500kg for the 3.5-tonne model and 1,000kg for the 4.0-tonne.
