This car costs a fraction of a the hugely under-powered BMW 316!
Costs
Alfa parts are expensive but you very rarely have to use them as there are lots of other reliable parts to choose from.

Driving
If you want a driver's car then it has to be an Alfa Romeo - unless you can afford a Ferrari!
Performance
I have done some crude performance tests on my car and don't believe the stats... 0-60 comes up in approx. 7 secondss and I have had around 145 mph out of her (and the engine still wanted more!)

Living with it
Reliability
I have to give it a five because I haven't had any problems (current mileage is 126,000).

I love it and nearly everyone that I have given a lift always says "Wow posh car!"
Comfort
I've known more comfortable cars but not with such a great drive (it's a car, not a mobile sofa!)

Security
It has the factory fitted immobiliser/alarm and I haven't had any problems in two years.
Service
I only dealt with them once and now I use an Alfa specialist for servicing, etc.
