That I am willing to think outside the (grey, german) box.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Everyone thought it was lovely to look at and ride in. Most people expected reliability issues, which didn't really materialise.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, because it has looks, character and personality.

What are you likely to buy next?

Mondeo Titanium X, nice to drive cheap to run and roomier for kids entering their teens.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Reasonable price but I wanted an unusual spec And expected to pay a little more.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Fantastic looks but practical and comfortable.

What was the dealer like?

Helpful but not very good at resolving issues.

What's it like to drive?

Good at everything. Sporty round corners for an estate. Quite a lot of tyre noise on motorways. Comfortable even during 14 hour drive through France.

What's it like to park?

Strangely difficult despite parking sensors. Mostly had problems judging distance from kerb. Long bonnet was a difficult to judge. Scraped the wheels a number of times but I never scraped my Passat wheels in the same length of ownership.

Have you had any problems with the car?

2 front suspension arms, rear seat belt, wipers missing sizeable area of screen in front of drivers line of sight.

What's most practical about your car?

Fairly large boot and roof rails.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Jointly, heated seats, xenon lights and use music player.
