Alfa Romeo Brera (2006 - 2010) 2.2 JTS SV 3d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
The Brera SV has a full fixed glass roof. If the car is black, like mine, it is un-noticeable from the outside which I think looks better. With the aggressive look and the four tail pipes it looks like it would go faster than it does. The head room is limited, so anyone over 1.8m tall may find the driving position a little cramped. It has a tendency to under steer however and on damp or slippery roads this can quickly change to oversteer if you take your foot off the accelerator to quickly. Find the balance though and it can give you an entertaining ride when driven a little quicker. Normal driving gives you a sure footed feel. The standard suspension can be uprated and this gives a much harder ride but improves the handling no end! The interior is kitted out with two tone leather with lumber support on the drivers seat. It also has a push button start stop which, in my experience, is quite rare for a car of this age and price range. As is the case with other Alfa Romeo’s this car does not have a racing heritage and so may not as time passes, increase in value as much as those that do, however, the muscular stance and overall look of the car will keep it from showing it’s age for a while yet. As there aren’t that many around it will always make people wonder what model this is. If you have a limited budget and want something just a little bit different, it might be worth taking a look.
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
