Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce 2.0 Turbo Petrol 280hp auto 4d Owner Review

In their own words
The first problem with buying a used Alfa is that Alfa try to force you to use Alfa to service the car. Unless you go to a specialist Alfa garage (non dealer) many other great mechanics who are less expensive cannot access the full engine management system!!! So they can’t turn off warnings and can’t access full diagnostics. If the garage pays about £10,000 they then get a licence for access, but not full. Conclusion if it requires warning lights or electrics you can’t use your local mechanic.
My rear wheel bearings went after 38,000, but after market parts are available, and a couple of sensors have gone, plus I do get random electrical issues but thankfully not too frequent.
Annoyances aside it is still a great car to drive and a reasonable one to own.
