Alfa Romeo Giulietta (2010 - 2020) 2.0 JTDM-2 QV Line 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
After 13 years of owning same old Audi's, VW's and Vauxhalls - I decided to take the chance and purchase an Alfa. Ever since being a young lad, I always admired the presence these cars had on the roads! Well, after 18 months of owning my Mito i had to buy another Alfa and i am now the proud owner of 2 italian beauties. The Giulietta I have is a 2015 2.0jtdm 150 QV line in Luna Pearl. This car not only looks beautiful but handles fantastically too. Granted, the ride might be crashy at times (road dependant) but this is mainly down to the 18inch low profile tyres. But because those alloys look great I can forgive! Yes, the car might not have "german" build quality, but neither of my alfas rattle or have fallen to pieces, so what is this "german" build quality people speak of? The driving position is good and the seats have that extra bit of character with "Alfa Romeo" branding embossed in the leather and alcantara finishing off with green and white stitching. The engine is brilliant - fuel consumption is good and the performance is just what you need. I usally drive my mito in Dynamic mode but giulietta in natural mode, unless i go on a twisty B road and Dynamic is a must. All in all, if you want to be a Sheep then go with the rest of the crowd and get an Audi. But if you want to stand out from the crowd and smile every time you hop into your vehicle- then this is a car brand you must experience. I for one will never buy anything other than Alfa Romeo again.
How reliable do you find the car?
I am now the owner of 2 Alfa's (MiTo and Giulietta) and i have had zero problems with either of them. The giulietta is fabulous and going from my experiance with my Mito I cannot forsee there to be many problems, if any.About their car
