Alfa Romeo Junior verdict
2024 onwards
(change model)
The Alfa Romeo Junior does a lot right. It’s a stylish, premium-looking take on Stellantis’ tried and tested B-segment EV platform and it’ll almost certainly sell well. After all it makes sense on the spec sheet, looks great in person, and even includes sensible features like a heat pump – which will really help range in the winter months.
However, its interior is disappointing in entry-level spec, and those craving better brakes and a better cabin will have no choice but to look at the considerably faster but more expensive Veloce spec. With that in mind, Alfa’s first EV is a solid choice, but it still feels like something of a missed opportunity.
