Would you buy this car again and why?
No, but thats not a reflection of the car, just a bit small and underpowered for me, but nice car and does make me smile when I look at it. Was also looking at Audi A1 at the time, not as well spec'd but residuals better. Alfa better looking than Audi A1. My car is 10 months old with 18k on it and I've been offered £9000 for it, huge loss of £5400!!!!. 1.6 JTDM would have been better buy for me.

Ok, got about £300 off list price. Poor p/x on previous car.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Economy and equipment.
What was the dealer like?
Dealer was good. After care customer services not so good. Very "defensive" and not open to listen to my comments re: poor fuel consumption. "computer says no!!".

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Ok. 1.3 diesel is a little underpowered for motorways. Never win any races but you don't buy a 1.3 diesel for speed! reasonable economy but nowhere near the claimed 80 mpg! avg 62, drive really steady (mix it up with wagons at 55-60) and can get 75.
What's it like to park?
Ok. no issues.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Difficult to get 5th gear on occasions. Dealer fixed by cable adjustment. Leak into boot, removed roof trim and re-sealed by dealer. Dealer can be a little defensive before accepting warranty claim, maintain techs need to agree with you before accepting to fix. If you can not convince them you may be stuck.
What's most practical about your car?
Spacious for a small car. Front seat space is good.

USB ipod connection & blue&me & cruise control.
