Would you buy this car again and why?

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
Yes
What price did you pay?
£16,445
When did you buy the car?
May 2010
Did you get a good deal and why?
Great service. Got a good finance APR deal. Went in looking at a second hand one but was convinced to buy a new one when the second hand one was going to cost £50 extra a month. Made sense for new.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Love the marque. Love the looks of the car and enjoy standing out from the crowd. Owned the car for a month and have only seen one other Mito. Very exclusive and thats down to taste not the so called horror stories of Alfa. This is my second Alfa and never had a problem with them.
What was the dealer like?
Brilliant. Went in on a Sunday. Only one salesman in, but he took us on test drive. Very knowledgable, really enjoys the cars and just makes you want one, couldn't say no.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Makes me smile everytime i'm behind the wheel. Especially when you get people checking it out, as it is relatively rare, don't get that with a Focus! Great all rounder, will cruise happily at 70+ or ponder around town nicely to. Will also get a hurry on when you want to.
What's it like to park?
Small rear window, but large wing mirrors to make up for it. Was worried after I ordered car without rear sensors after so many other owners said they area a must, I don't agree. I think its easy to park, easier than my old Alfa 156 with big boot sticking out.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Glass in front of dials had a load of scratches/marks on the inside. Dealer replaced under warranty and ordered parts in advance to save me un-neccessary trips.
What's most practical about your car?
The engine! Great perfromance especially in Dynamic mode, but yet will deliver excellent economy, low tax and a great little purr from exhaust. Like a little lion, great for a 1.4!!
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
DNA system is great fun when you need or want it. USB and Blue & Me as standard is excellent gadgets.
