Alfa Romeo Mito (2009 - 2018) 1.4 TB MultiAir Sportiva 3d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
I had a 2009 120HP TB and I loved it. Good stuff- Accelerated quickly, fun to drive, plenty roomy enough for my 6'4" son to drive, plenty of room in the boot and I always felt it looked good. The strange thing about this car is that although small so you'd imagine it would be a town/city car, it really feels more at home on the motorway, you'd keep pressing the pedal down and it just keeps accelerating. Very reliable always started whatever the weather and always felt safe in ice and snow.
The bad stuff- Not great fuel economy, probably because you want to drive it quicker than maybe you should. Bumpy ride, no doubt it is a rough ride which really notices if you're driving slowly. The back seats aren't really useable except as a last resort. There is enough room, it's just so difficult to get in an out of the back. I never liked anyone using the back as in an accident it might well be impossible to get out.
All that said I really loved that car and I gave it to my son and he's still got and nothing has gone wrong with it other normal stuff, brakes, tyres etc. I bought a 2013 135HP TB to replace it.
Now that has been pretty much the same as the 2009 version but quicker and stays dynamic mode rather switching to normal as the old one did. But it drives in much the same way as the old version, the good and the bad.
