Summary
What does this car say about you?
That BMW and Audi's are not the only drivers cars. I have a sense of style and sophistication.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They find it extremely stylish, quick and comfortable.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. Due to unique style and how every design and feature seems to be centred around the driver.
What are you likely to buy next?
I am looking at the new Alfa Romeo 4c or the Nissan 370z.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£13,500
When did you buy the car?
August 2011
Did you get a good deal and why?
The vehicle was bought from the Alfa Romeo Chris Variava in Nottingham. The asking price was decent as I purchased it for £13,950 for 12,000 miles on the clock. Other dealerships were asking for £15,000 plus with more mileage. The dealership however threw nothing in. I was lucky enough to get them to put in petrol for the journey home.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Fantastic price at £13,500 with only 12,000 miles on the clock and bought from an Alfa dealership. Stunning looks and rare to see on the road.
What was the dealer like?
The dealership was initially good. However at times they came across very patronising. Aftersales wasn’t the best either, in my opinion. I took my car instead to Guest Alfa in Willenhall who were exceptional in every aspect.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Its a joy to drive especially on long winding roads. It can however be very firm and cabin noise is present when driving on uneven roads.
What's it like to park?
Very easy with the aid of the parking sensors.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
There has only been one issue with the hood closing. This is a common fault which Alfa UK fixed for free under warrantee. Apart from this there have been no issues and the vehicle has been a joy to ride.
What's most practical about your car?
The amount of space the driver has and the boot space. For a convertible it is extremely practical.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The wireless telephone calling which is accessible through the steering wheel. Being able to play media through an inbuilt USB port. The hill start feature and the overall charismatic look and feel of the cabin.
