On the road
Driving
Very good performance for engine size. Great power steering, brakes and ride. The suspension is a little soft for ultimate handling, but grip is very good on models with revised suspension.
Performance
Surprisingly good as this is the revised five-cylinder engine, and before the power sapping catalyst was added.

Living with it
Reliability
Excellent, although I do all the servicing myself.
Image
The 100 is an old design, but the Avant still looks elegant.
Comfort
A luxury ride.

Security and Service
Security
Good locks, but no deadlocks. Not exactly top of the thieves wish list.
Service
Franchises rarely understand this car anymore, better to find an independant specialist. Do it yourself, they're not so hard to work on.
