Audi 200 Avant quattro Turbo 5d (1989/F) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
At the prices these go for second-hand, it's a lot of car.
Costs
Some parts not cheap, but on the whole doesn't need many. Galvanised bodies shouldn't rust unless a repair has been bodged. Averaging 28mpg overall.

On the road
Driving
Surprisingly agile round town for such a big car. Effortless on the motorways
Performance
200bhp into permanent four-wheel drive? Doesn't get better than this.

Living with it
Reliability
After 235000 miles I have every confidence this will go on to an interstellar mileage.
Image
Not exactly a pretty car, you either like the aerodynamic cd0.3 shape or you don't.
Comfort
Suspension soaks up the bumps in cosseting leather seats.

Security and Service
Security
Would recommend having an alarm/ immobiliser fitted with a beast like this.
Service
Found someone who appreciates this marque. No problems ordering parts from Audi dealers. As long as you have the chassis and engine numbers, you'll get the correct part.
