They love the look of the car and how it drives. They always say how nice the car is.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No - not with all the problems I've had. Audi brand and service not as expected.

Merc AMG or something else.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes. I got a new car with all the options made and that made the price shoot up. Got some money off by taking GAP.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Performance. Quattro and interior.

What was the dealer like?

Okay to start with but when car was delivered it had brake problems (brakes stuck on) which took them ages to sort. The car was also missing some options that I had specified for factory fit (dealer fitted them eventually). Whilst my car was with Audi (I'd only had it for a week) it came back to me with scratches all over dash, instrument cluster and the SatNav showed they had been using the car for more than road testing (school runs). Car also had a squeaky steering wheel – which meant my new car needed to be taken apart inside. In total took several months to sort everything out. I had to get Audi UK involved as the dealership were being difficult.

What's it like to drive?

Once on the move it is quick (my 1st/2nd gear and clutch issue spoils setting off sometimes). Traction is amazing. Steering is good, car does sometimes drive like a front wheel drive car but then some magic happens and power is send to the correct wheel.

What's it like to park?

Really easy. No problems here.

Have you had any problems with the car?

March 2015 (brand new): Brakes stuck on, steering wheel squeaks and recently clutch burning smell (1000 miles on the clock). July 2015: (1600 miles on the clock) Clutch is now at the very top of the pedal which makes 1st to 2nd gear really difficult to select smoothly (car judders from 1st to 2nd). Car has been in for a service - I was told that the hydraulic clutch needed bleeding. This fixed the problem for a couple of weeks. Jan 2016: Clutch issue now back, clutch smell at low speeds, sometimes when just reversing?? - this is making driving in traffic a real difficult (jerky) experience (current mileage 3000) .

What's most practical about your car?

Small, quick and lots of space inside. Power delivery in all weather conditions is perfect.

Lights, Quattro, Google SatNav, the amazing Bose sound system and multimedia interface.
