Value
Not the cheapest of cars, but holds its value well.
Costs
Expensive servicing, parts, accessories.
-
On the road
Driving
Good driving position and good layout of switches.
Performance
1.6 engine not quick enough for a sports model.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Good with the exception of rear seat access problem as both front seat tilt mechanisms have broken in the past.
Image
Although the 1.6 isn't the quickest of the models, it certainly looks the part.
Comfort
Sport model doesn't provide the best comfort levels with hard suspension and low profile tyres, but lets face it, nobody buys a sports model for comfort!

Security and Service
Security
Good standard alarm and immobiliser. Not been pinched as yet!
Service
Expensive but great with the long life service plan - 19,000 miles before the first service.
