Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Ride is a bit on the firm side but not unduly so. Performance is a good balance between useful amount of power (esp. mid range) and good fuel economy.
What's it like to park?
First car I've had with parking sensors so very easy (I'm now a convert). Slightly restricted rear visibility if you don't have them.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No
What's most practical about your car?
Decent space in an understated and quite sporty family hatch.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
DSG gearbox. I'm an auto box driver and I've tried a number of clutchless manuals from other manufacturers and been disappointed. The DSG was a very pleasant surprise - I think it is as close as you can get to a conventional auto without being one, and close enough not to be a compromise. Not as silky smooth for sure (you'll be able to tell even if passengers can't) but the performance and fuel economy of a manual makes up for it in my opinion. Well matched to the 2.0TDi engine.
