Audi A3 Sportback (2013 - 2020) 2.0 TDI SE Technik 5d Owner Review

So i have the Audi A3 Sportback 5door 2.0 diesel. It is the SE Technik in white with a grey fabric interior. The sat-nav is clumsy, slow to load on power up and has the worst joystick interface ever. It is a nightmare, it struggles to find streets and constantly gets lost. There is no touch screen option either...really??? It is 2017. There is a side repeater inside the wing mirror that is aligned perfectly with your eye. When you use your indicators at night you get blinded by this bright orange bulb. Terrible position and serves no purpose. The interior lights even when dimmed to the maximum are too bright. The joystick controls and the window buttons glow so brightly that you need to cover them up at night as they are bright white. Most other cars have gentle red, amber or green but no, it is bright white. Terrible! The sun visor can only be lowered with the left hand not the right hand as it sits flush with the roof lining. Why? What a stupid idea! The electric handbrake button is located next to the sat-nav buttons... totally dangerous place. The volume control dial is located here also. There is a sea of buttons with different functionality just dumped together in a mess. There is also no where to rest your arms whilst driving. The arm rest in the middle is either to low or set at an angle and for the drivers door card it is either on top of the door card which is too high or the arm rest which is the same height as my lap. No ergonomics at all! For £26k i don't get climate control, key-less entry, touch screen sat-nav, lumbar support, light up sun visors, start button. What a disappointment! In terms of fuel economy if i drive like my mother i can get 50mpg but most of the time i get 45mpg. No where near the advertised 70mpg! At 3,000 miles it needed a new clutch and dual mass fly-wheel, this was done under warranty but the dealership told me that i should be grateful as it is not covered warranty. Absolutely terrible customer service, the staff are full of condescension and have a superiority complex. Honestly avoid, avoid, avoid. I will never buy from Audi ever again totally overrated.
