What does this car say about you?
Smooth looking car, not too flash but neat and precise
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Loved it and then laughed at the saga the car endured upon me.
Would you buy this car again and why?
I might, but certainly not a Mutitronic, a awful gearbox created by a company that wont come clean to its design flaws. Manuals are great. But check the radio works fully as the aerial and amp are not cheap to fix and they fail regularly due to yet another design flaw.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Solid good drive, typical Audi, when its not being recovered on the back of a truck that is. Brakes and Steering was good as you expect, but with little scuttle shake but very good really.
What's it like to park?
Tricky car to park like most convertibles, rear view is strictly by mirrors only. No different from the other makes of convertibles though

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Shocking car. !! Multitragic (Multitronic) inside 2 months of usage and 4k miles, Gearbox had new drive shaft, then new ECU then the drive belts started to slip.. Then the Demister packed up and also the wipers went to single speed only. Plus the aerial amp was blown in the boot. Worst car I have ever owned. Audi quality is long lost now. I have had so many Audis till now and now its clear that since @2002 any new design is built on image and reputation and not the quality engineering they once had an abundance of. Such a shame. Dealer network almost as shocking too. Maybe I had a Friday afternoon car, its shocking Audis have such cars though !
What's most practical about your car?
Seating was lovely. Boot quite good but awful lighting inside car, door lights and even boot lighting was poor.. Really poor design work on the convertible, shame as it looks so lovely from the outside. Best bit was the seating though.
