Economy
Value
Don't think I could find a better, more reliable car for the money - £4000.
Costs
Fuel consumption can be high when eager with the throttle, other just a £25 (Audi dealer price) door trim
-
On the road
Driving
Feels solid, although it can understeer.
Performance
Has a great sound but low end can be quite sluggish, bit this is a heavy car designed for motorway cruising which it does excellently.
-
Living with it
Reliability
German reliability - no problems what so ever.
Image
BMW's for racy people, Merc's for people showing off wealth and Audi's for people with style; this is true!
Comfort
Spacious and comfy up front, solid seats and well laid out dash etc. Fortunately no kids yet to subject to the cramped rear cabin.
-
Security and Service
Security
Still have it.....alarm goes off if windows or roof left open though....little bit annoying if trying to keep car cool (remember, no air con on this model.
Service
Just the pleasure of buying a door trim, was in stock, good price and the people were very friendly.
