Summary
What does this car say about you?
I think that this car says that I have style and taste without being arrogant or having a chip on my shoulder. While I don't mean to be big headed I can't help but feel that it's a cut above a lot of other cars on the road. It really does make me feel special.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Everyone so far loves it, though again this is partly due to the leather interior as it makes a huge difference, particularly being light in colour.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, yes and yes. Everything about it excels and it's reminded me just how much I enjoy driving, and owning, a nice car.
What are you likely to buy next?
Depends. If I want something different then I may go for a Ford Focus Coupe Cabriolet, as they'll be reasonably priced in three years. Otherwise I'll drive the newer shape A4.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It drives like a limo with handling. This car puts a smile on my face from the moment I pull off the drive. It handles much better than a car this size has any right to, which makes you forget just how big it is. The suspension is supple without being soft and absorbs most bumps with ease. The cornering and steering are fantastic and it has enough power (150bhp) to be fun when you want it to be. All controls including the gearbox are a joy to use. The only problem I find is that it doesn't always like going into first gear and sometimes needs two goes. Any wind or road noise are virtually non-existent. The engine also just has a smooth high-pitched whirr but a sporty rasp if you want to push it. I would say that this is a real drivers car. The only thing I would mark it down on i

Visibility seems good for parking though I haven't parallel parked it yet.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
There's a problem with one of the rear passenger door locks in that it can't be opened from the inside. So far that seems about it.
What's most practical about your car?
The space inside the car - nice and roomy and supremely comfortable.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Leather. Having had it I just wouldn't want another car without. Cruise control is also good fun though.
