What does this car say about you?

Maybe it says I have a misguided loyalty to Audi as I've had them for years.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

It really is just another car on the drive.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Audis are good cars but I'm thinking of changing it already. After only short ownership the wind noise and general poor sound insulation is bugging me. Small faults can easily be rectified by the dealers but I'm not sure about this one. Following an internet search have found other owners also commented on this issue. So would not buy again.

What are you likely to buy next?

Whatever car I buy next will need a two or three day test drive.

Did you get a good deal and why?

The deal wasn't bad but certainly could get one cheaper privately and still with warranty but wanted the extra protection of the dealer network. On reflection, I wouldn't do that again as the car was delivered with faults and poor pre delivery preperation.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I loved the smooth quality feel of the test drive but.........

What was the dealer like?

Like most Audi dealerships, modern, bright and with great looking cars on show. Very smart and helpful staff. Remember though, whatever dealer you use stay focused when talking to the salesperson and be prepared to walk if you're not sure. Overall I've found most Audi dealerships reasonable when trying to resolve issues.

What's it like to drive?

It's a comfortable car to drive and handles well. All the controls feel like quality when operated but I'm starting to doubt that now.

What's it like to park?

Not to bad to park but would have liked a rear view camera.

Have you had any problems with the car?

This was a demo car and looked pristine when I viewed it but on delivery was less than perfect. Cruise control button stuck in, seat height adjuster faulty, start stop feature sometimes works but worst of all is the general outside noise. It sounds like I've constantly got a window open which I didn't notice on the lower speed test drive.

What's most practical about your car?

Good fuel economy, nice to drive and comfortable apart from that awful sound insulation.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Just getting used to multitronic gearbox but seems OK. I like the electric handbrake which releases automatically when pulling away.
