What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Impressed with the looks, a head turner.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Assuming I get my problem sorted satisfactorily then yes I think I'll be an A5 buyer for a while.
What are you likely to buy next?
The new A5, may be a cabriolet which I think will come?

The beautiful body! And my other option - a BMW 3 series - didn't come close for me.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Found the gear changing a bit clanky and I can't quite seem to get the windscreen wiper speeds right. A bit slower off the mark than the BMW 3 series but once you're cruising it's smooth and sleek.
What's it like to park?
It's long and wide so big spaces required. Sensors seems to be just the right sensitivity and after mastering the handbrake switch it's an easy park.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Today I have had my first and fairly serious problem. While driving, luckily on a quiet side street, looking for a space, the car cut out. I was suprised but thought I must have stalled, until I realised I couldn't move the steering wheel at all. I was then notified on the dash that I needed to refill the oil IMMEDIATELY. The car is only two months old and I had no prior warning on the oil. I was able to re-insert the key and drive to a parking space thankfully. Having now checked the oil - it's fine - obviously an electronics issue but a pretty worrying one if the car just stops mid-drive and doesn't let you steer I had just come off the motorway and that doesn't bear thinking about. It gets picked up tomorrow so I can only wait and see what's gone wrong after only 2 months.
What's most practical about your car?
MPG, it's the 1.8 Sport but have been impressed so far.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Starting to love all of them now I've worked out how to use them. Had to refer to the manual before mastering most. New to me is the SD Slot which I love.
