Fuel consumption of 2.5TDI disappoints, struggles to deliver 28mpg, servicing expensive too.

TDI pulls very well in give and take motoring, but standing starts are alarmingly ponderours with the Tiptronic, particularly when cold. TDI lacks refinement, particularly gruff at lower speeds
