What does this car say about you?

That I was absolutely desperate and willing to put up with a dreadful car because I needed to.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They found it highly amusing when I repeatedly ended up coming home in a curtosy car thanks to the car's problems.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Absolutely not, it has been a thorn in my side since I bought it.

What are you likely to buy next?

I'm thinking of going for the Chrysler 300C Touring if I decide to get another estate car.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Absolutely not, the car was over-priced and the sheer cost of the accessories was ridiculous. The only reason I decided to buy this car was the simple fact that I was in a hurry to get a new estate car.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I needed a car to replace my Volvo XC70 that was comfortable, spacious and had a big enough boot to take my dogs for a prolonged period of driving.

What was the dealer like?

Rude, inconsiderate, pushy and quite egocentric. They wanted nothing more than to sell me a car, they had not sense of how to treat a customer. On trips back to the dealer I have had some quite headed discussions regarding my treatment.

What's it like to drive?

Pretty good actually, when the PAS is working properly. The car was much more manageable than the XC70 and thanks to the four wheel drive system it was able to cope with some pretty bad road conditions.

What's it like to park?

Simple, its easy to see out of and the parking sensors make low walls and objects easy to avoid.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Quite a few things have gone wrong with the Audi. So far I've had to make 7 trips to the dealer regarding different problems with the car. The first trip was regarding the parking brake, it decided it didn't want to release after I'd parked on an incline. The second trip was about the power steering which failed completely (take my word for it, without PAS the A6 Avant is not an easy car to drive). Next I had to take it back because the cruise control wouldn't engage, I do a lot of motorway driving and like it to be effortless. Next up was the boot deciding it didn't want to open. After that it ran fine for a couple of weeks until the electric seats stopped working and made it impossible for me to drive. What's most practical about your car?

The boot is large enough to take two Siberian Huskies. comfortabley.
