What does this car say about you?

Not much in my opinion! Badge is more important than a decent engine perhaps? This said my wife liked it when she wasn't crashing it! Because believe me you will on country lanes the width and vague steering are a lethal combination!

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

I doubt they care? It's just a large family car!

Would you buy this car again and why?

No way! We have been with Audi for ten years! But no more!

What are you likely to buy next?

Have bought a new Bmw 335d Msport (which out performs the Audi in every respect) whilst costing a lot less to lease! (Think we got a good offer).

Did you get a good deal and why?

Bought from Brighton Audi, always treated us well! Sadly moved so had to use Crawley Audi (not as good lots to of problems (avoid).

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Company car lease, used for business and pleasure.

What was the dealer like?

Brighton Audi have a terrific service department, Steven is first rate, best service we have ever had! The younger sales guys need to be less arrogant (your hardly selling Porsches guys) just an ordinary car in my view.

What's it like to drive?

Numb! When maiden with tons of camping gear this car comes into its own! A great Lugger and fairly nimble under hard loads the rest of the time it's pure rubbish! Wish I'd bought the Quattro 3 litre, any thing smaller in a car this size is pointless.

What's it like to park?

Awful! Bad blind spots esoecially the passenger (a) pillar which prevents easy view of left hand traffic! Front and back sensors are a must! This thing is a tank! You are going to scrape it! My wife who mainly drive this car, smashed the car on country lanes at least five times once with a bus, totally one side (she hadn't had a scrape in 15 yrs prior to buying this thing!

Have you had any problems with the car?

Sadly lots! I got one of the first new shape a6s off the boat from Germany. Mine came with out door insulation, and steering was an issue, resolved partially with a patch which took over a year to get! But steering has always been less than perfect! As has the performance and efficiency (not as quoted) highest I've ever got out of this car is 43 mpg on a long motor way run at 70 mph. Town driving is typically as low as mid twenties which isn't good enough for a low performance lugged like this!

What's most practical about your car?

Space is goodish! As I write this (the car goes back in one week to the lease company) thank god, we are traveling to Cornwall with the family in a camping trip. Had to use a roof box but just managed to get all our stuff in!

A line seats look cool!
