Beautiful to look at, lovely and quiet to ride in. Very good on fuel, and sprightly enough if you need to go quickly. Very nice interior in the black edition, with excellent Bose stereo. Was able to upgrade to Apple car play as i had the facelift with tech pack. This keeps the car modern.
Ride quality can get a bit crashy on poor roads with the 20" wheels and low profile tyres, but that is the price for style.
Huge boot. Headlights are fantastic for night driving.
gearbox can be a bit sluggish in certain situations, like slow moving junctions. You just have to get used to its quirks.
Stop start system is appalling. I ended up coding mine out to stop it.
Maintenance is expensive, and they really don't like cheap Chinese tyres. They also don't like short journeys. It will clog up the emissions system.
Gearbox is fragile, and if it goes wrong, you'll need a second mortgage.
Having said all that, i did 22,000 miles in just over a year, and it was a joy to pilot. Just remember its an expensive car to maintain...
How reliable do you find the car?
Good, with one glaring problem. The 7 speed S tronic has failed requiring an eye wateringly expensive repair.
