Yes, very good value for money, equivalent 5 series would have cost £1500 more. Very reliable and smooth. Still looks fresh.

Yes, looked at a few which were more expensive newer 1.8t models but was hooked after driving a V6

Wanted a comfortable car to cover big milages in

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very smooth and silent. Quick when you want it to be, but otherwise a refined cruiser. 7.8s 0-60, not bad for a big car.
What's it like to park?
Not too bad, need to use the mirrors, if it had parking sensors it would be a doddle as the rear visibilty is not great due to the high boot. But once you are used to it, you can guage easily.

Huge boot and will easily take 4 passengers in comfort

Excellent climate control. Ice cold in summer.
