Summary
What does this car say about you?
I like the fact that most people don't know what the RS6 is, and just see a normal big Audi saloon. The ultimate stealth supercar.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They love it - very comfy and monstrously quick. It gets a lot of positive comments from people who know what it is.
Would you buy this car again and why?
If I'd shopped around more I'd have paid a little more for a car with all the issues fettled, and a few sensible mods, rather than spend a fortune doing it all myself, but I'd definately buy an RS6 again!
What are you likely to buy next?
It's hard to find anything that won't feel like a disappointment after the RS6, other than another RS6 (maybe the V10 version). Also considering a new shape XKR or a Maserati Quattroporte.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Absolutely ballistic. Running one of these beasts is not for the faint hearted, but all the expense makes sense when you get behind the wheel - there are very few cars that can touch an RS6, especially after a cheeky remap!
What's it like to park?
Easy enough - parking sensors help. Just don't kerb the wheels, as it'll ruin your week!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The RS6 has several common faults - the DRC suspension is a major problem, most owners (myself included) swap it for coil-overs. Intercoolers were replaced due to leaks, alternators tend to go at around 80k miles (mine went at 75k). Gearboxes are the big worry with these cars, failure is common due to the power being put through them - you're looking at about £5k to replace. Mine is ok so far, touch wood!
What's most practical about your car?
It's a very comfy car with all the toys, lots of rear leg room and a massive boot.
