Thought it was a good deal at the time.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Previously had an A6 3.0tdi quattro s-line and wanted another Audi A6. The best offer was on the A6 2.0 tdi s-line and, with a claimed mileage of 56.7mpg, and a much lower car tax it was a good option.
What was the dealer like?
Typical dealership: somewhat pushy sales/business staff, but was only as expected.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Not so far..... except i'm getting a mere 39mpg against their claim of 56.7mpg and I get no empathy from the service staff who just say it will improve as the engine wears in... hmmmn??? Hate the stop-start system which I believe is potentially dangerous ...at best it is exceedingly annoying. I loved my previous A6 3.0 quattro but this is just a fairly ordinary 2.0 ltr saloon ... underpowered but with loads of gadgets. Also hate the multitronic cvt system ..... gives the driver a lack of feel about the drive of the car.
What's most practical about your car?
It's an ok and reliable drive.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
MMi system is good and easy to use.
