What does this car say about you?

I guess it says I am a company car driver. Never thought about it.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

It doesn't attract attention so far as I know.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would prefer a 5 Series next time because the Audi's seats are a touch too narrow even with the expensive Comfort Seat option, the BMW's are slightly flatter at the edges which is better.

What are you likely to buy next?

Another Audi of similar value.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes very but it wasn't a private purchase.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I have had three, it's my preference from the company car choice offered.

What was the dealer like?

Very good service provided you avoid Sep 1st or March 1st delivery. Car delivered to the office and all controls explained fully. No key fob provided.

What's it like to drive?

It very much depends on which mode you select from the options: Dynamic, Comfort, Auto and Economy in the configuration. Check this out if test driving. Economy and Dynamic are both useful and self-explanatory, Auto and Comfort are not to my taste. In comfort the steering is ultra light, in Auto it does't seem to react to your driving style all that well.

What's it like to park?

You get sensors front and rear but I did once have both ends bleeping at once when I was trying to squeeze out of a tight parking space so I now have a reversing camera too. It's a large car so you have to take care parking but it's manageable.

Have you had any problems with the car?

First car - (11/11) warning light came on and the car was off the road for two weeks over Chrstmas (A4 service car supplied but dealer had to ask Germany for advice which took ages) Second car (62/12) - electronic parking brake unreliable on reverse hill starts Third car (63/13) has the same parking brake issue.

What's most practical about your car?

The size of the cabin and boot, for a saloon it's really good at carrying large items. Also it is capable of 62 mpg over a long run.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

MMI interface for my IPod - essential (but £100 for a pair of cables).
