Audi A6 Saloon (2011 - 2018) 2.0 TDI Ultra SE (11/14-) 4d Owner Review

This A6 is unreliable, uncomfortable, badly built. It's back with a dealer every month or so for continuous problems, some electrical, more gearbox and engine related. The gearbox is noisy and clunky, very slow to change. The engine is weak and lack any sort of decent acceleration which is particularly dangerous when needing to overtake on motorways. The engine burns a significant volume of oil, normally a litre every 2 weeks, so every 2,000 miles or so. The dealer believes that is acceptable. The interior is basic with no technology. The ash trays in the rear doors are about as technical as it gets. The front seats you seat on top of, rather than sit into. Overall, a very poorly built car with lack of anything inside or out.
