Audi Coupe 2.0 16V 3d (1993/L) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Seems expensive initially but image and build quality is well worth it.
Costs
Had the usual problems with power steering, fixed at a price.
-
On the road
Driving
Quick, holds the road well but suspension could be better. Tends to roll about a bit.
Performance
Power is occasionally too much for front wheels in the wet, but that's part of the fun. Very forgiving if you misjudge a tight corner.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Look out for problems with steering and failure of oxygen sensor in older cars. It'll make you think you have blown the cylinder head gasket!
Image
There isn't a car on the road for the money to beat it.
Comfort
Seats in back are small, but I never sit there! Steering Column doesn't adjust.

Security and Service
Security
Never had it broken into.
Service
Not very willing to give quotations for servicing. Always find something that needs doing, when perhaps it might wait.
