Summary
What does this car say about you?
Mid 30s, clinging on to youth? Or maybe just lucky to drive an underrated classic.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Has a few admirers. No more so than the stores guy at Aberdeen Audi, who said it was his favourite Audi over the years. (There was an R8 parked next to stores desk too!).
Would you buy this car again and why?
Definitely - rare, superb build quality, looks. But only if well looked after and not modified.
What are you likely to buy next?
'95/'96 6-cyl Coupe with leather seats in good nick, if there are any left!

No
What price did you pay?
£1,400
When did you buy the car?
September 2010
Did you get a good deal and why?
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Always wanted one of these when I was a teenager in mid 1990s! Justified the purchase for a weekend/winter car.
What was the dealer like?

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
One for the Dual carriageways and longer runs. Cruises easily at 70-80, it is a GT after all, Not great around town.
What's it like to park?
No worse than any other car of this size. Electric wing mirrors help in car parks.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Needed a lot of work as had gone 3 years and 9,000 miles since a service. Timing was off too.
What's most practical about your car?
That four wheel drive.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Rear diff lock, switchable ABS in snow. The 5 cyl 2.2 sounds even better with a powerflow s/s exhaust,.
