Audi Q5 SUV (2016 - 2024) 40 TDI Quattro S Line S Tronic 5d Owner Review

The car is as was expected though the delivery process was poor in that the driver who delivered was not wearing PPE and had driven it circa 80 miles with windows closed etc in January 2021. As a result we didn’t use the car for 3 days and I didn’t inspect closely. Customer service from Audi and VW finance has been poor. The dealer didn’t release my deposit to VW within their required timescales prompting a letter suggesting I was in default which was incorrect. Having approached VW finance to clarify they firmly blamed the Audi dealer (as the did for delivery issues) stating that the dealer would respond. Four months on, no response. Even though the Q5 is a good car to drive it will be my last Audi as a result.
