Audi Q5 SUV (2016 - 2024) S Line 40 TDI 190PS Quattro S Tronic auto 5d Owner Review

The car has excellent handling and is very refined. Although powered by a Diesel engine the refinement is so good there is no noise intrusion to the cabin. If I had to make a criticism it would be involving a combination of the stop/start system and the S-Tronic gearbox. If waiting at a junction or roundabout and a safe but small gap appears there does seem to be an undue delay to get the vehicle to pull away briskly. Other than that I’m a big fan of the S-Tronic gearbox. Any other minor dislike is that the car does not have a spare wheel but is equipped with a compressor and sealant but I would prefer a spare. Although the tailgate can be opened remotely it would be great if it could be closed by the same method. Overall I consider my current vehicle by far the best I’ve owned to date and would recommend without hesitation.
