Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Brilliant. Very comfortable, perfectly adequate performance and economy. The 8 speed gearbox is the best I have ever come across.
What's it like to park?
Difficult ! The rear parking camera is a MUST HAVE option. The long wheel base (and damage prone alloys) makes tight car parks with curbs a nightmare. The electric folding mirrors were an option (for £85) - totally essential, ridiculous that they weren't standard. (I hope they are now) It is a real shame they don't tilt down in reverse so you can see the rear wheels - a standard feature on most cars with electric mirrors for year.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Major electronic fault on the gearbox control unit - required significant re-wiring. £3,000 labour (covered under warranty). AirCon heat exchanger/radiator punctured by a small stone (not covered by warranty). There is very little protection.
What's most practical about your car?
Extremely comfortable with bags of leg room. 7 seat option works well (for occasional use). Fuel consumption is typically 33-35 for mixed or fast driving but 38-40 is easy on a relaxed run. 100ltr tank gives fantastic range 750-800miles. Tyre wear is quite high - 18,000 to 20,00 miles. Tyres typically cost £340 each - well worth shopping around for deals. Pirelli are noticeably more noisy on some surfaces, eg concrete motorway.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Air Suspension is very useful. Also very happy with the Panoramic glass roof. Looks much better on optional 21" Alloys, but very prone to damage,.
