What does this car say about you?

Think it says that I understand and appreciate all the ingredients required to make a great sports car.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

You have to be ready for the references to it being a car favoured by women but. However once they understand and experience how the TTS compares to the standard TT they get it.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would look at the TT again and like to think I could find a TTRS next time.

What are you likely to buy next?

Another TTS/RRRS or sports coupe that performs as well.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Deal was about the going rate. Dealer's customer database seemed to have recorded that I had just missed out on concluding a deal on the same model some weeks previously and seemed to work a little harder second time around.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

What was the dealer like?

My previous car was BMW and I'm afraid my overall experience with Audi dealers was nowhere near as good and I had experienced before. Audi seem to rely on the desirability of their cars to do the selling and don't put too much by the sales experience.

What's it like to drive?

Acceleration and power delivery are very impressive. I was worried that the 2.0 turbo would not compare with the BMW 335i I had before but the TTS is a much quicker car in all respects. The S-Tronic box is excellent.

What's it like to park?

Wish mine had parking sensors as reversing can be a little tricky. Car is a bit wider than you think too but one you get used to it its fine.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Amp for CD player needed replacing after a matter of days. Whole rear screen had to be replaced to cure radio reception fault.

What's most practical about your car?

If you need practicality then don't buy an Audi TTS. Its not that sort of car. I do find the rear seats handy for the odd time I need to pick up the kids though and its this aspect that probably made me choose the TT over a Cayman.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The Quattro four-wheel drive system is something I do appreciate however the S-Tronic gearbox is phenomenal.
