The TT is a two-plus-two seater coupe (2+2), which means two proper front seats but much more compromised for the two seats in the rear. It is more spacious than original, but not by much.

Still the boot is 20 litres larger than in the first model with 290 litres in total – plus the space with the rear seats folded has also increased by 20 litres. The glove compartment offers decent storage and there are a couple of other cubbyholes and useful pockets in the car.

The TT comes with electronic stability control, which can correct the car’s line during a skid, as standard. Audi TT Coupe safety is enhanced by front and side airbags and a head restraint system that helps prevent whiplash injury.

Isofix child seat mountings for the rear seats were offered as an option, so if that’s important to you make sure they’re fitted. A tyre pressure monitoring system was also optional.
