Sophie Knight has been a journalist for two decades, and was consumer editor for Parkers in 2017-2019.
Has worked on a variety of consumer publications both in print and online, most recently Parkers and Car, plus Mother&Baby, WhatsTheBest, Yours, Today’s Golfer, Heat, and Closer.
She is passionate about raising awareness around postnatal depression and is a Mental Health First Aider.
Sophie studied History at the University of Sheffield and is now a mother of two young children.
