What does this car say about you?

It's in a "unique" colour so hopefully that I'm not trying to be flashy. I bought the car because it drives really well and is built nicely. No drama or noise when accelerating either, and it doesn't look like a proper BMW.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Either they want one, or they don't know anything about cars so have no idea what it is.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, it's definitely getting a 07 facelift model over an older model as the inside is nicer, wheels are nicer, engine is nicer...you get the point. Fast, quiet, toys.

What are you likely to buy next?

Most likely another 1 series. Hopefully the fuel consumption on my next one will be more accurate...

Did you get a good deal and why?

Didn't manage to get them down on price, but it isn't often that BMW dealerships have approved used cars at this price anyway. It's low mileage and had quite a few extras on it so I'm happy.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Wanted a quick but economical car, liked the styling and loved how they drove. Bigger boot and more space than my last car!

What was the dealer like?

Friendly, when queried about wear round a tyre sorted it all out for me without any complaint. Turned out there was no problem, was likely due to how the previous owner drove it constantly round roundabouts.

What's it like to drive?

Fantastic, grips well and accelerates nicely (especially with the gearbox in sport mode). Has a lot of great little touches that really make it better than all the fords, renaults, rovers, minis etc I've driven before.

What's it like to park?

Very easy - it's not a huge car and it's got parking sensors all round. Visibility is good, and even better on 2009+ models when they made the side mirrors larger.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing.

What's most practical about your car?

Hatchback so easy to get things in and out of the boot, and love the auto box.
