the quarterlight window needs to be removed for better viewing. Bit of a blind spot but I have got used to it. The car handles as it ought to is extreemly economical but my style of driving is not typical of a BMW owner. I am an ex AA patrolman (10 years) so I am aware of reliable makes and unreliable makes. I very rarely went to a BMW except for minor things like punctures, alternator belts
busted windscreens, and out of fuel. Never to an engine, gearbox or mechanical breakdown.
How reliable do you find the car?
I dont drive like a typical BMW driver. I use cruise control economy ALL the time. My wife (Passenger) is disabled so fast acceleration or any hard enjoyable driving dosent happen. Hence 63mpg unless I am on my own MPG drops to around 52 then. This is my second 2 series both fantastic. No issues whatsoever. I use Listers BMW Boston UK for all servicing etc. Never any issues. Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Handles very well it is economical. A dream to drive 2ltr diesel X-drive
