Would you buy this car again and why?
NO WAY!!!!! Ive owned Mercs, Audi, Volvo, Ford, Citroen and Peugeot. BMW 4 cylinder engines are dreadful. DO NOT BUY. Read the online forums, they speak for themselves.
What are you likely to buy next?
Bought a VOlvo s60 D5. Far better.

Not at all, car turned out to cost me over £2000 in repair bills.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Looked Nice.
What was the dealer like?
A total waste of time, trading standards involved.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Pretty average, drives alot like a Mondeo (not always a bad thing). I know have an S60 D5......FAR better car.
What's it like to park?
Pretty Easy, due to parking sensors.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
What didnt........ -Valve Timing switch -Rocker Gasket -Oil Rings burnt out, using 4L per 500mile (common on N42 engine) - Mass Air flow -Both CAM sensors -Crank sensor -Clutch and flywheel at 84000.
What's most practical about your car?
Nothing, car is cramped and far too small if you want to take more than two. Boot is also rather small.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Parking sensors.
