No...I've heard rumours on the forums about engine problems

Ex-company car bought from auction, so hopefully got a good deal.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Looks superb - sporty and economical. A quality item as you would expect from a BMW. 'Younger' image than 3 series Saloon attracted me.

What was the dealer like?

What's it like to drive?

Torquey diesel engine is easy to drive but lazy in its power delivery. Often needs plenty of revs to pull away, which seems strange for a diesel and unlike many of the other diesels I've owned Sports suspension firm and entertaining.

What's it like to park?

Very easy with parking sensors

Have you had any problems with the car?

Front wishbone needed replacing but that's a wear and tear item. Rear parking sensors have an intermittent fault.

What's most practical about your car?

Sensible running costs.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Love the factory fitted bluetooth handsfree kit and being able to call and receive calls using the steering wheel controls.
