What does this car say about you?

Bad boy. And mess with me at your own risk.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Some can't believe I bought this as my first car in this country. Others love it; am jealous of it and doesn't mind admitting it. And others will do anything to drive it......

Would you buy this car again and why?

I prefer Mustangs but YES; the newer version of this model.

What are you likely to buy next?

In the next couple of years, either the 2015 Ford Mustang or the 4 Series Cabriolet.

Type of dealer you bought from?

    Independent

Did you buy this car new?

    No

    What price did you pay?

    £17,999

When did you buy the car?

    November 2014

Did you get a good deal and why?

Showman was really good and kind of cool. Very very patience with me whilst I went through half a dozen beemers in 2/3 hours. Not very flexible with the deal but couldn't actually argue due to the high end spec and the quality of the car. We were also told beforehand that what we see (price wise) is what we buy... No haggle.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Love coupes'. Was looking for one but saw this and others with the hard-top. Checked out the engines and the trims. Really liked the one I got. Also, wanted to get a coupe as my first car in this country (I'm American)....

    What was the dealer like?

    Nice. Patience. Funny. Knowledgeable.

  • Driving it

    5 out of 5 5.0

    What's it like to drive?

Crazy good. The acceleration from standstill or from slow motion are superb. Taking the corners are ridiculously fast and it's easy to accelerate and forget about the speed limits. Even with the 19 inch run-flat tyres and the sport suspension and brakes, the modifications and tweaks made to the car on my behalf makes the car seem like a SE with 18 inches. The low ride though, makes it harder for me to take certain tight corners without hitting the kerbs and avoiding hitting other vehicles on the other side.... but I'm learning.

    What's it like to park?

God Bless the parking sensors. Don't even have to look out the windows for other vehicles or passer-bys. Beware of the low ride, especially if you're used to driving a vehicle with 'bigger' heights or a country with bigger parking spaces (like back home in the States).

Have you had any problems with the car?

Other than my driving in a strange country with weirdly narrow roads and entrances/exits, not a one. The kerb rashes on the very expensive wheels are starting to get tiresome.

What's most practical about your car?

The parking sensors. The heated seats. The DRLs.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    The parking sensors. Love 'em.
