Summary
What does this car say about you?
I don't know really.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They like it
Would you buy this car again and why?
Definately
What are you likely to buy next?
I intend on keeping this model for a while but will probably upgrade to an M3 in a few years
-
Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£2,700
When did you buy the car?
February 2008
Did you get a good deal and why?
Definately. I viewed quite a few of the same model and this was by far and away the cleanest example. Absolutely immaculate condition inside and out with very extensive full main dealer and specialist history and documentation. Low miles too
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I have now turned 25 and my options opened up in terms of cars I can insure. I always wanted a BMW but not keen on the 4 door so went for the coupe. Do mostly motorway miles so went for the smoother 6 cylinder engine
What was the dealer like?
Fine. Pleasant chap and very friendly. Came down on the price too

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very nice indeed. I drive mainly motorway miles and the engine is smooth and very quiet. More than enough power too although can be slow to pick up in high gears at low revs. Drive it harder and you will not be disappointed with its performance
What's it like to park?
Nothing too difficult at all
-
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
I have only had the car a month now but so far nothing has gone wrong
What's most practical about your car?
Considering it's a coupe the legroom in the back is pretty good and the boot is a fair size. More than enough for the weekly shop
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
On my model the climate control computer is great. I like the look of the OBC but mine has the standard clock unfortunately
