BMW 3-Series Coupe (1999 - 2006) 330 Ci 2d (03) Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
Manufacturers are turning cars into commodities like dishwashers and micowaves. Driving 'aids' and the many other paraphernalia that new cars come with are gradually taking the art of driving away from us humans. I bought the BMW 330ci to remind me what it's like to feel that you, the driver is actually making the decisions and controlling the movement of the car without technological interference. My car with its 6 cylinder petrol engine and 6 speed manual gearbox has not disappointed. The car has been a joy to drive. I feel more connected to the road as the steering is direct. The noise of the 6 cylinder engine is simply amazing. My next door neighbour has an electric car and it is a vehicle with no soul or charm. It has no sound or character whatsoever. By a car from the 1990's or early 2000's while there is still a supply. The future of motoring is appalling, with electric vehicles and fully automated cars taking over in the next 25 years. We might as well take the bus or the train....
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
If you hanker after a real driving experience this is the car for you. The BMW 330ci can entertain or simply take you comfortably and smoothly over long distances. I use BP premium unleaded and average 31 mpg in sensible and occasionally spirited driving.About their car
