Summary
What does this car say about you?
I'm reliving my youth.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Kids think it's great, wife thinks I'm going through mid-life crisis and neighbour loves to take it out for a spin while I'm away at work (overseas).
Would you buy this car again and why?
It has done everything I wanted and more, so yes. Only thing I might change is going for comfort seats and maybe auto box with 335d engine.
What are you likely to buy next?
Too early to tell. Will see what is available in the next few years.

Pretty well decided on line which car I wanted and paid what I thought it would cost.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Always fancied a 3- Series coupe, kids are up and about and have their own cars, wife has hers and this is the first for me.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Having driven "family" cars for years, it is a revelation to drive this. Sticks to the road and no hesitation in overtaking on country roads. More comfortable ride than I thought. Pleasant driving through town at 30 mph (no feeling that engine wants you up to 80 mph.
What's it like to park?
No problems with rear sensor and auto-lowering near side mirror.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
A few minor niggles plus front off-side wheel corroded, hence run flat tyre ran flat. Dealer repaired or replaced all that was faulty, thankfully including the wheel.
What's most practical about your car?
You can get 4 adults plus luggage for a weekend comfortably in it.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Near side mirror lowers when reversing; excellent assistance while parking, Parking Distance sensor ok for bollards or other cars, but mirror excellent for seeing kerb.
