BMW 3-Series M3 Coupe 2d (1993/L) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Performance per pound, a second hand one is hard to beat.
Costs
Parts you would expect to cost a fortune are surprisingly cheap and vice versa. Economy excellent for the performance.
-
On the road
Driving
Tremendous fun, but beware in the wet without traction control!
Performance
Phenomenal torque makes overtaking addictive. Will outrun all but the most expensive exotica.
-
Living with it
Reliability
So far so good.
Image
Without optional rear spoiler, a real wolf in sheep's clothing. Looks great without being OTT.
Comfort
Suspension hard, but better that way for serious driving. Backseats not for long journeys.

Security and Service
Security
No special equipment or alarm.
Service
Dealer very busy. Need to book well ahead.
