BMW 3-Series M3 Coupe (2001-2006) boot space, practicality and safety

(change model)
Crash test shows a strong bodyshell and that’s assisted by six airbags plus a traction control system which it can make considerable use of. Protecting your licence is a different matter. Security seems to be suitably adequate.
For an out-and-out performance car there’s still a saloon-sized boot for doing the practical stuff be it golf clubs or the holiday luggage. There is no Touring option. Disregard CSL for issues of practicality – it may have a boot, but it’s for carrying your race overalls and helmet in.
